Assist employees in the installation, configuration and continuous implementation of desktops, laptops, remote equipment and software according to specific standards and guidelines.
Participate in various computer platforms in a multilevel client server environment.
Training and management of the use of hardware and software.
Participate in major projects in the technology sector and perform an analysis of network and desktop management problems under the pretext of IT Management.
Update and manage your computer inventory and additional equipment.
Maintain and resolve problems on LAN / WAN, VoIP phone, biometric systems, video and other IT equipment.
