support to our customers. You will help install, update and troubleshoot
hardware and software systems.

guidance. You should also be familiar with remote resolution methods.
Ultimately, you will ensure a fast and accurate courier service and
increase customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
• Address customer tickets for hardware, software and networking
• Guide customers through the installation of applications and computer
margins
• Ask targeted questions to find problems
• Instruct users with simple and detailed instructions
• Making problems isolated
• Test alternative routes until a problem is solved
• Customize desktop applications to meet customer needs
• Record technical problems and solutions in the registers
