Fostering community relationships can be important to help you get through the hardships of a difficult time, whether you have a bad day at work or a year with a fall or a long illness. And lack of community support can lead to loneliness and loneliness. Because supporting family, friends and co-workers is such an important part of your life, it is never too early to cultivate these relationships.
What is social support?
Supportive relationships are developed by friends, family
and acquaintances. Supporting relationships differs from advocacy
organizations, which are usually meetings set up by a leader rather than a
professional or mental health expert.
While both group and support networks can be important in
times of stress, community support is something you can improve when you are
not depressed. It comforts to know that your friends are there for you if you
need to.
You do not need to complete your network support. Having a
coffee break with friends at work, having a quick chat with a neighbor, calling
a brother or sister, visiting a church or volunteering are all ways to improve
and foster relationships with others.
